Customer service hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00–17:00 (CET). The seller says it replies within one business day. Questions about an order, a return or a refund should go to the seller directly, as we have no access to orders.
Delivery
Orders are normally processed within 24 hours on business days and dispatched from the Netherlands with tracking; UK carriers named by the seller are Royal Mail, Evri and Yodel. The order page quotes 3–5 working days; the seller's shipping page gives 5–7 business days as an estimate. Delivery costs £4.30 per order.
Import charges: the seller's shipping and returns page states that parcels to the United Kingdom may be subject to import VAT, customs duty and a carrier's clearance fee set by the authorities, payable by the customer on delivery and not included in the checkout price.
Right of withdrawal and returns
You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. For hygiene reasons this applies to units whose protective seal is intact; opened jars are excluded, unless the goods are faulty, damaged or wrong. To return, email the seller first with your order number. Return address: DIGIDIAMOND GROUP LTD – Vitanova Returns, Kleine Esch 669, 2841 MK Moordrecht, The Netherlands. Parcels from the UK need a customs declaration marked "Returned goods — no commercial value"; the seller may waive the return and simply refund. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
